Arti Hospital & Trauma Centre professes a simple organizational structure headed by the Chief Executive Officer who happens to be the Team leader, director in charge of special programmes, Chief Hospital Administrator, hospital secretary, Matron, Chief Clinical/ Medical officer, Chief accountant and Heads of Departments/ units. This structure of management was adopted to make sure that all information and directives flow efficiently.
The finance department is mandated to handle the finances and accounting functions of the hospital. This department oversees all admissions, transfers and discharges, procurement and stores, internal audit and information technology.
The procurement and stores division is an integral part of Arti Hospital & Trauma Centre with the objective of creating, assuring and protecting the value of the hospital while coordinating a steady flow of materials and services to ensure continuity of supply. It is centralized to ensure process optimization, uniformity, professionalism, collection of information regarding supplier performance and attainment of economies of scale associated with the consolidated purchases. This and other policies ensure that the hospital provides affordable services to all.
The marketing department coordinates marketing, public relations and customer service. This department makes sure that the existing and prospective clients get the right information by identifying the best communication channels possible and making sure that there is maximum patient satisfaction.
The security, transport and fire safety department is a well-modernized facility that makes use of current innovations and quality equipment to ensure that our patients, staff, establishment and facilities are well protected.
Internal Audit, Engineering and Maintenance, Laundry and Housekeeping and catering department are also an integral part of the hospital.
The Internal audit department provides quality auditing services that result in reduced costs, gains in operational efficiencies and strengthened internal controls to assist the hospital in the achievement of its goals and objectives.
The medical engineering and maintenance department is responsible for the coordination of projects for execution, calibration, equipment, maintenance and repair.
The laundry and housekeeping department is charged with the responsibility of cleaning all linen and wears as a process of patent care, in readiness for re-use and carrying out repair work as may be necessary.
The catering department provides patient meals every day, and every so often for staff and seminar/conference attendees and visitors. All meals are fresh-cooked under the supervision of a dietitian while observing high standards of hygiene.
